At Home Experiences

Private, tailored sessions and group gatherings in the comfort of your own space.

A short, guided breathwork session designed to help you reconnect with your body, release stress, and find clarity. Each month, I share a new practice focused on a specific theme, perfect for integrating into your daily life.

These sessions are shorter and lighter than a full 1:1, group, or at-home experience, making them an easy way to maintain your practice and reset your energy between deeper sessions.

Try March’s Practice: Breathwork for Building Capacity

Breathwork is called a practice for a reason. Real change doesn’t come from doing something once; it comes from returning again and again.

Through practice, we build the capacity to hold more of our emotions and stay present in difficult moments. With consistency, we create momentum, a steady rhythm that brings us back to ourselves.

This month’s practice explores that relationship. Moving forward without force and trusting that each time you show up, something is shifting.
