Monthly Breathwork Workshops in Winnipeg

Guided and supported every step of the way

If you’ve been feeling stressed, anxious, or stuck in your head, you’re not alone.

These workshops are an invitation to step out of the mind and into the body. They offer a safe space to slow down and come back to yourself.

Through guided breathwork, you’ll be supported in releasing tension, clearing stuck emotions, and reconnecting with your body and intuition.

You’ll leave feeling calmer, lighter, and more like yourself.

Bring:
Comfortable clothing, water, journal, and anything that helps you feel cozy (blanket, eye mask, etc.)

What to Expect

 

Each workshop is centered around a unique monthly theme, offering a fresh perspective and intention every time you join.

You’ll be gently guided through a full experience designed to help you feel safe, supported, and at ease, no matter your level of experience.

Your session will include:

  • An introduction to the theme and what to expect during your practice

  • Learning the breath pattern and setting your intention

  • A guided meditation to help you drop into your body

  • An active breathwork journey set to music

  • Time for rest, integration, and reflection

  • Optional sharing and guidance for post-session integration

All you need to do is show up, get comfortable, and breathe.

A Safe and Supportive Space

It’s completely normal to feel a little nervous, especially if you’re new to breathwork or not used to being in a group setting.

You will never be pushed beyond what you’re ready for.

This work is about listening to your body and honouring your own pace. You are always in control of your experience, and you’ll be guided every step of the way.

Emotions may arise, or they may not, both are completely valid. Whatever comes up for you is welcome.
