Hi, I’m Rose.

My Story

My journey into this work began during a time when I felt lost, stuck, and unsure about my path. Like many people, I spent years searching for answers in my mind, trying to think my way to clarity.

Everything shifted when I discovered breathwork and somatic healing practices. Through the breath, I was able to quiet the noise in my head and reconnect with my body, intuition, and inner truth.

As I began to move out of the mind and into the body, what once felt confusing and overwhelming gradually transformed into clarity, trust, and a deeper sense of purpose.

That personal journey eventually led me to this work, creating spaces where others can slow down, breathe, and reconnect with themselves in a deeper way.

I believe that true transformation happens when we move out of the mind and into the body, listening to the intelligence that already lives within us. My work is rooted in the belief that when we slow down, breathe, and listen to our bodies, we can regulate the nervous system, rediscover who we truly are, and release the stress that often keeps us stuck.

But the body holds its own wisdom.

When we learn to listen to the subtle cues of the body, we often discover clarity that thinking alone could never provide.
