Breathwork for Becoming Limitless: Your Free Monthly Practice

Limitlessness isn’t something you think your way into, it’s something you feel in your body. It’s a grounded sense of confidence and self-belief that opens you to the feeling that more is possible for you, and that you might actually be capable of meeting it.

Over time, we all pick up internal limits: doubts, fears, and stories that quietly shape how small or safe we allow ourselves to be. Breathwork helps soften those patterns by bringing you out of your head and into your body, where things feel clearer, more spacious, and more real.

As you breathe, you begin to release what’s been holding you back and reconnect with a deeper sense of openness, trust, and possibility.

This is what becoming limitless really is. Not becoming someone new, but remembering what already lives within you.

 
 

What to Expect

In this practice, we’ll:

  1. Use the Tri-Active breath for the entire duration

  2. Finish with a top hold

Even in a short session, you may notice:

  • A shift from heaviness or doubt into lightness and spaciousness

  • A growing sense of confidence, clarity, or “I can” energy

  • Moments of emotional release, insight, or expanded perspective

  • A felt sense of openness where life feels a little more possible

No prior experience is needed. Simply find a quiet space, sit or lie down comfortably, and follow along. Let your breath lead the way.

 

How to Use This Practice

  • Take a few minutes to fully show up and breathe

  • Use this as a monthly reset or whenever you feel called

  • Reflect afterward by journaling or noticing how hope shows up in your body and mind
